UGCHOST TRUST & COMMERCE

Affiliate & Commerce Terms

Supplemental rules for Creators and Brands using UGCHost affiliate links, commerce connections, attributed sales, commissions and related tools.

Version: 2026-08-27-v1 · Effective: 27 August 2026

These terms supplement the main UGCHost Terms & Conditions. The external commerce platform’s own agreement and applicable advertising/consumer law also apply. If an external platform rule is stricter, you must follow the stricter rule.

1. Eligibility and authorization

You may use Affiliate & Commerce only for accounts, stores, catalogs, affiliate IDs and content you are authorized to operate. Never provide another person’s platform password to UGCHost. OAuth-based platforms must be connected through their official authorization screen. You may revoke a connection at any time, although outstanding attribution, reversals, tax, audit and payment obligations may survive disconnection.

2. Affiliate disclosure and advertising transparency

Creators and Brands must make clear, prominent disclosures when content contains an affiliate relationship, commission opportunity, free product, paid relationship or other material connection. Disclosure must appear where an ordinary viewer is likely to notice it before acting on the recommendation and must satisfy the relevant platform rules and applicable law. Hidden hashtags, vague wording or disclosures placed where users are unlikely to see them may be insufficient.

3. Product claims and content standards

4. Attribution, commissions and reversals

An attributed click or order is not a guaranteed commission. An amount may move through pending, approved, payable, paid or reversed states. Returns, cancellations, chargebacks, duplicate orders, invalid traffic, fraud, platform disqualification, non-payment or a violation of campaign/platform terms may reduce or reverse a commission. Attribution windows vary by offer and provider.

If UGCHost charges a platform or managed-commerce fee against affiliate commission, the fee must be disclosed in the relevant offer, account or payout record. UGCHost does not guarantee traffic, sales, conversion rates or earnings.

5. Prohibited attribution manipulation

6. Shopify

A Brand connecting Shopify confirms it controls or is authorized to connect the store. UGCHost requests only scopes needed for enabled commerce features. Shopify access tokens are held server-side and may expire, rotate or be revoked. Store data may be used for approved catalog, attribution, order-status and analytics functions.

7. TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop Creator and Seller authorization are distinct and may expose different scopes. A Creator token must not be used as a Seller token or vice versa. Users must meet TikTok Shop market and account eligibility requirements. Feature availability may remain limited while UGCHost or the user’s account is in testing, beta, allowlist or app-review stages. UGCHost enables only capabilities covered by the granted scopes.

8. Amazon Associates

Amazon activity must comply with the applicable locale’s Amazon Associates agreement and policies. Creators must use valid Amazon Special Links/Tracking IDs and all required disclosures. UGCHost does not cloak, obscure or rewrite Amazon Special Links through its redirect service. Do not artificially generate clicks, incentivize prohibited link use, purchase through your own Special Links, misrepresent Amazon, or use Amazon Program Content outside the permissions granted by Amazon. Amazon program eligibility, commissions and reporting remain controlled by Amazon.

9. WooCommerce

A Brand connecting WooCommerce must provide an HTTPS store endpoint and credentials it is authorized to use. API credentials are treated as secrets and stored encrypted. Brands should grant the least privilege needed, rotate credentials when appropriate and revoke access when the connection is no longer required.

10. Meta Commerce

Meta catalog/business features are enabled only when the UGCHost Meta application has the required approved permissions and the Brand grants the relevant business/catalog access. Availability depends on Meta’s current APIs, account eligibility and app-review rules. UGCHost will not represent an unapproved capability as connected.

11. Data, security and anti-fraud

UGCHost may process connection identifiers, hashed click signals, device/browser metadata, referral context, order identifiers, sale amounts, refunds, commission status and audit events to provide attribution, security, analytics and dispute support. Passwords for OAuth platforms are not collected. Tokens and store secrets are kept server-side and encrypted at rest. Automated risk signals assist review but do not by themselves make a final fraud finding.

12. Payouts, tax and records

Creators are responsible for tax information and obligations applicable to their affiliate income. Payouts can be held for provider confirmation, return windows, account verification, disputes, legal requirements or risk review. Users must keep accurate records and cooperate with reasonable verification requests.

13. Suspension and platform changes

UGCHost may pause an offer, link, connection or payout when reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, legal compliance or external-platform requirements. External platforms can change APIs, eligibility, attribution, rates and policies. UGCHost may update these supplemental terms and require reacceptance after a material change.

14. Disputes

Affiliate disputes may use the UGCHost Resolution Center. A UGCHost decision cannot override an external platform’s final determination that a transaction is ineligible under that platform’s program.

15. Questions

Use UGCHost Support for questions about an offer, connection, attribution record or payout. For platform-specific account eligibility, you may also need to contact the relevant external platform.
